The team at Alcazar Security Solutions have been serving clients on three continents with leading-edge information systems since 1985.

We build leading-edge authentication solutions with a strong focus on biometric identity. In the late 1990s, we contributed to the design of, what was then, the largest biometric identification system in the world. We have built on this experience to build a suite of biometric verification and identification solutions, which today host over 250 million fingerprints and perform over 150 verifications per second.

Our clients continue to innovate their business processes with our solutions, resulting in one of the first truly paperless loan application processes in the world. We have produced over 10 million electronic signatures and have securely recorded over 3 billion business events, replacing paper records and file cabinets.

We are now identifying clients in bank branches, leading to an unparalleled user experience, where bank clients can transact and withdraw money from ATMs based on their biometric identity only. Our client has implemented this solution not only to wow their clients, but also to achieve savings in branch time, resulting in a return of investment of less than nine months.

We are building our solutions consistently in our AI-supported development team, using our in-house application development framework, Alcazar ASP.NET One. Using this framework, we are able to focus on business requirements and spend considerably less time on application building and plumbing. This allows us to build prototypes rapidly and reduce our time-to-market. We pride ourselves on an exceptionally low fault rate, where, after a burn-in period, we consistently achieve less than one fault report per annum per client contract.

The resounding success of our application development framework has led to the Alcazar ASP.NET One framework being offered to selected clients. We have seen clients rapidly adopting the framework as it has dramatically decreased their development effort and increased productivity and their ability to address client requirements faster and more accurately.
